Sky Fury — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 July 2026 · Published by Aksial Technologies AS
Sky Fury is a single-player arcade game. We designed it to collect as little about you as possible. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or any personal profile. This policy explains the limited data handled by the third-party services the game uses.
What the game itself collects
Nothing is sent to us. Your campaign progress, high scores, settings, and the optional in-game flight log are stored only on your device. We operate no game servers and receive no analytics from the app.
Third-party services
The game relies on three third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy, linked below.
1. Advertising — Google AdMob
The free version of Sky Fury shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google may process device information such as a device advertising identifier, IP address, and ad-interaction data.
- Ads are served non-personalized (contextual) by default — the game does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not track you across other apps or websites for advertising.
- In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, a consent form (Google UMP) appears before ads load, so you can grant or decline consent for data processing.
- Ad content is rated for a teen audience.
- Google's handling of this data: policies.google.com/privacy and how Google uses data.
Buying "Remove Ads" stops this entirely — once purchased, the ad SDK is not initialized and no ad-related data is processed.
2. Leaderboards — Apple Game Center
If you are signed in to Game Center, your scores are submitted to Apple's Game Center leaderboards under your Game Center identity. This is handled by Apple. See apple.com/legal/privacy.
3. Purchases — Apple in-app purchase
The optional one-time "Remove Ads" purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Apple provides us only anonymous, aggregate sales information.
What we do NOT do
- No account, name, email, or contact info is requested or stored.
- No third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
- No cross-app or cross-site tracking; no App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- The on-device flight log (an optional diagnostic) never leaves your device.
Children
Sky Fury is rated for teens and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
- EEA/UK/CH consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time via the Privacy Options button in the game's main menu.
- Remove ads with the one-time purchase to end all ad data processing.
- Device controls: you can reset your advertising identifier or limit ad tracking in your device's privacy settings.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
